Adventure Begins at Your Library when you join the Summer Reading Program for teens!
Teens (ages 11-18) can come to either library branch to pick up a reading log. Color in one block for every 15 minutes you read, for a total of 30 hours. Once your log is complete, bring it in to receive prizes and tickets for a chance to win one of the grand prizes.
Everyone who completes their reading log will receive a rainbow putty ball, wooden snake, mini note pad, and a battery-powered hand-held fan/flashlight, all in an FSPL tote bag.
In your bag, you will receive tickets to enter for a chance to win one of three grand adventure prizes:
Active Adventure - Pogo Stick, Bicycle Disco Light, Bicycle Bag/Phone Case
Camping Adventure - Tent, Hammock, Walkie-Talkies
Ghost Adventure - Digital Voice Recorder, EMF Detector, Light-Up Balls, LED Flashlight
