Meeting Rooms

The Franklin-Springboro Public Library meeting rooms are available free of charge during operating hours to local non-profit, civic, cultural, and educational groups. The meeting rooms are a community resource, but the FSPL does not endorse the purposes and policies of organizations using the meeting rooms.

Library meeting rooms may NOT be used for:
• Political campaigning or signing of petitions (organizational meetings are allowed).
• Fundraising purposes or monetary gain.
• Promotion or sale of services (internal staff meetings are allowed).
• Conducting classes for profit.
• Private social events, such as reunions, parties, or receptions.

Read and complete the Meeting Room Policy and Form and return it to the specific library branch to request a reservation. Reservations may be made three months in advance and must be made three business days before the reservation date. Reservations are limited to twice a month and are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, both branches have 4 study rooms which are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Franklin Branch study rooms can hold up to 3 people in each room, and the Springboro Branch study rooms can hold 4-6 people in each room. 

Franklin Branch Meeting Rooms

Conference Room C is able to hold up to 10 people with tables and chairs.  There is a large monitor equipped for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment.

The Hankinson Meeting Room is able to hold 50 people with chairs and 36 people with tables and chairs. There is a white board and a large monitor equipped for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment. 

The Mary Novak Conference Room is able to hold 12 people. There is a white board and large monitor for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment.

Springboro Branch Meeting Rooms

The Garland Conference Room is able to hold 13 people with tables and chairs.  There is a large monitor equipped for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment.

The Springboro Meeting Room is able to hold 70 people with chairs and 50 people with tables and chairs.  There are two magnetic white boards and a large monitor equipped for displaying content from laptops, personal devices, and other video equipment.
