Interlibrary Loans

Interlibrary loan is a free service offered to patrons who reside, own property, or own a business within Warren County. It is used as a means of providing material not available in the Library’s collection where purchase of such material is not possible or is not deemed appropriate. The Library will loan material, at no charge, to other libraries upon request when the loan will not interfere with public service.

Please allow extra time when requesting Interlibrary Loan materials since delivery schedules and availability may be limited.

Ohio residents are eligible to apply for a library card.

An ONLINE library card provides access to digital content and databases.
Online cards may NOT be used to checkout physical items, reserve meeting spaces, or use Library computers.

Apply for a FULL-ACCESS library card in-person at either branch location.
If an ONLINE library card meets your needs, complete the application below.
