In this Pilates series at the Franklin Library you will learn basic Pilates principles, strengthen the entire body and core muscles, and improve flexibility. All levels and abilities are welcome. Please bring a mat and water bottle. Ages 16+. If under 18 years a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver. No registration required.
