Join Amy Kistler on Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. at the Springboro Library for Pound.  Amy uses drumming for a cardio, conditioning, and strength training workout with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.  Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  This program is intended for ages 18 and up and registration is not required.
