Learn how your body will respond positively to correct exercise with the right mind work. Your issues are in your tissues\, and through the therapeutic power of awareness you can heal yourself. Please bring a mat and water bottle. Ages 16+. If under 18 years a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver. All abilities are welcome. No registration required.
