Join us on Saturday, October 31 at the Springboro Library from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for this chair-based yoga class which is suitable for new or beginning students, those recovering from injuries, or those with a limited range of motion. The class explores the foundational postures and practices of yoga to gently build flexibility, strength, relieve stress, increase energy, improve concentration, and develop the ability to relax. Regardless of your age or physical condition, this class is a great workout and will inspire you to awaken your body and mind to the fulfillment yoga brings!
Facilitator Stacy Lynn is an Exercise Physiologist, Sports Medicine Specialist, Yoga Therapist, and owner of Enlightened Fitness, LLC.
