Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children

"Keeping our kids safe should eclipse all else"

Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children is a current, action-oriented look at child sexual abuse prevention.  It uses real people and real stories to show you how to protect children.  Practical prevention training is used with a conversational real-world approach.

Limited class size.  Registration is required by calling 937-748-3200.

Ages 18 and above.  Two CEUs for those who qualify.

The facts may startle you - About 1 in 10 children in the U.S. will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday; 93% of victimized children are abused by someone they know and trust; and 40% of abusers are older or larger youth.

Womanline of Dayton's Executive Director, Maggie Summers, is a registered facilitator for the national organization, Darkness to Light.  She brings awareness to and educates adults on the topic of childhood sex abuse.
