Tammy Owens from Peaceful Turtle Yoga will share yoga-minded movements that can be incorporated in daily activities, such as standing, sitting, and sleeping, in order to encourage better posture and spine alignment.  A little yoga chair routine will be shared that can be used at the office or home which will bring more circulation and free flowing energy to the body and stress relief and relaxation to the mind.

Tammy Owens is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master that has a passion for teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ageless Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.

No special equipment is required.  Please wear comfortable clothing.  Class is tailored toward beginners though all levels are welcome.

Class is free and open to ages 16 and up.  No registration required.
