In this workshop Dayton-based independent comic book company Sparkle Comics explores how to use comics as a medium to tell great stories, from getting started to the basics of self-publishing...even if you can't draw.

Juliet Fromholt is a writer for and business manager of Sparkle Comics.  She works at WYSO Public Radio as the station's webmaster and programming coordinator and hosts two music shows, Kaleidoscope and Alpha Rhythms.  Juliet is a proud board member of the Antioch Writers' Workshop and serves on the University of Dayton's ArtsLive community advisory committee.

Sparkle Comics is an independent comic book company proudly based in Dayton, Ohio.  Since 2016, Sparkle Comics has released comic books in a variety of genres including fantasy, science fiction, and horror under its Blood Scream Comics imprint.

Open to ages 16 and up.  No registration is required.
