Fearless Instant Pot Cooking

Learning to use your Instant Pot

Springboro Library

Tuesday, October 29 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Do you look at your Instant Pot (IP) or other multicooker and think, "how the heck do I use this thing?"  This demo gets you from opening the box to fun, confident cooking.  Learn what an IP is good at, what it's not as good at, and how to get the most out of your IP.  Decode what all those buttons are for, learn what to do if it beeps at you and reads "BURN", and see a wholesome, delicious meal quickly come together.  Chef, writer, and plant nerd Sara Bir is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, she teaches classes for home cooks and develops recipes for corporate clients.  Bir is the author of two cookbooks: The Fruit Forager's Companion and Tasting Ohio: Favorite Recipes from the Buckeye State.

Adults age 18 and up.  Seating on a first come basis.
