Join physical therapist and Tai Chi/Qigong instructor, Shirley Forrest, as she guides the class through the gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi and Qigong to improve relaxation, strength, flexibility and balance.

Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. This "drop in" class is free.
This is a beginners course that will concentrate on Tai Chi and Qigong fundamentals. Postures will be tailored to accommodate all physical capabilities. There will be a video shown after the first class for those interested in learning more about the philosophy of Tai Chi and Qigong
